Order Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All products are produced in a private home kitchen in Sevier County, Tennessee, which is exempt from state licensing and inspection.
 

Ingredients & Allergens: Products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, and eggs. Full ingredient lists are provided on packaging.
 

Payment & Cancellations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, to secure your order. Final payment is due three (3) days before pickup at Lainey’s Bakery Goodie Box, located at 2610 Fisherman Street, Kodak, Tennessee. Cancellations within three (3) days of pickup are non-refundable.
 

Pickup & Liability: Once food is picked up, Lainey’s Bakery is no longer responsible for the condition of the items. Please store items properly as instructed.
 

Tennessee Law Compliance: All products are for direct-to-consumer sales within Tennessee only and cannot be resold.
 

Mandatory Labeling: Every product label includes the following required statement: "Made in cottage food operation that is not subject to state food safety inspections.”
